Here's what's on the table.

What Is Dine LA?

Dine LA Restaurant Week is Los Angeles's premier dining event — two weeks where some of the best restaurants across the city offer prix-fixe menus at set price points. It's the best opportunity of the year to try a restaurant you've been meaning to visit, or to come back to a favorite and eat your way through a curated menu built specifically for the occasion.

This year's event runs August 14–28, 2026. Bone Kettle is participating in Pasadena with a dinner-only menu at $55 per person.

The Bone Kettle Dine LA Menu — August 2026

First Course — Choose One

Mala Corn Riblets (v) — Tender corn riblets, Mala aioli, cilantro, Mala powder. A vegetarian opener with real depth and spice.

Crab Salad — Little gem lettuce, crab, grilled corn, golden beets, tomatoes, supreme orange, burnt chili lime dressing. Bright, seasonal, and built around contrast.

Red Curry Mussel — PEI Blue mussels, red kaffir lime curry, leeks, cilantro, grilled baguette. Bone Kettle's Southeast Asian technique applied to a classic shellfish preparation.

Second Course — Choose One

Soto Mie Xiao Gion (v) — Seasonal vegetables, crispy noodles, turmeric spiced gravy. A vegetarian noodle dish rooted in Indonesian cooking.

Nasi Uduk — Indonesian fragrant rice, crispy Cornish hen, Bali braised egg, cucumbers. One of the most distinctly Southeast Asian dishes on the menu — aromatic, layered, and satisfying.

Fatty Brisket — 36-hour bone broth, noodles. The signature. Bone Kettle's bone broth simmers for 36 hours and it shows in every bowl. If you've never had it, this is the version to try.

Dessert Course

"Milk & Cookie" (v) — Milk tea ice cream, black sesame lotus cookie, white chocolate drizzle. A dessert that earns its quotation marks.

Es Cendol Panna Cotta — Chef Erwin's favorite summer dessert, reinvented. A Southeast Asian classic reimagined in panna cotta form — this is the one to order.

Chef's Recommendation

Soju Pairing — Won Mae Salted Plum Soju, $19. A natural pairing for the menu's Southeast Asian spice profile.
