How far in advance should I book, and is there a cutoff for holiday parties?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for larger events, as dates fill up quickly during the holiday season.

Can events be booked outside regular hours, such as a weekday lunch other than Friday?

We generally host events during our regular hours. Custom-hour openings are available when minimum guarantees are met. For example, opening for a private lunch requires a minimum booking of $3,500.

Can the whole restaurant be bought out for a private event?

Yes. Buyout minimums vary by date, so please reach out with the date you have in mind for details.

Can menus be customized? Are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options available?

Is beer, wine, or a bar package available for events, including off-site?

For off-site catering, we provide food service only. We can refer you to our trusted third-party bartending and coffee cart partners, who offer great pricing and service.

What deposit is required, and what is the cancellation policy?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Are tastings available for weddings or larger events?

Yes, tastings are available for special events by request.

Can guests bring their own decorations, cake, or AV equipment?

Guests are welcome to decorate the restaurant space as long as plans are coordinated with us in advance. Outside desserts are subject to a cake fee. AV equipment may be brought in with advance coordination, and we can also arrange third-party AV services if needed.

Where should guests park?

There are plenty of public parking structures in Old Town Pasadena. The closest is at Union Street and Raymond Avenue.
